Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
Biking around was enjoyable with upgraded bikes available. The spacious and clean garden view studio provided a perfect retreat, with fantastic staff and beautiful landscapes enhancing our stay.
Limited dining options forced us to venture elsewhere frequently. Service at the on-site restaurant was often slow and inconsistent, which impacted our overall dining experience.

The pool area was quiet and relaxing, perfect to unwind.
Despite my anticipation, I was disappointed upon arrival. My request for a second-floor room was overlooked, which forced me to climb to the third floor, a struggle as I am older. The restaurant offered mediocre dining options, and I found myself seeking meals elsewhere after a few disappointing experiences.

Staying in the Studio with Garden View was a delight. The grounds were stunning, and having a view of the water and the pool made my mornings special. It was great to see the upgraded bikes available, and the restaurant offered wonderful dining options at fair prices, especially during happy hour. Sherman, who greeted us, added a warm touch to the experience.
No elevators made the climb to the third floor a workout.

Amazing Food and Views with Helpful Staff
Our stay was filled with delightful experiences, particularly enjoying the delicious meals at the Pelican Bay restaurant where the drinks during happy hour were a fantastic bargain. The spacious balcony provided breathtaking views of the ocean, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. However, the lack of a gym was a bit disappointing.

I stayed for 7 nights in a studio garden view and loved the beautiful grounds and the fine proximity to grace bay beach. The upgraded bikes were a nice touch for exploring. Happy hour at the restaurant offered reasonably priced drinks, and the staff, especially sherman, always greeted us warmly, enhancing the experience.

We loved exploring the south side with jet ski rentals and checking out great snorkeling spots nearby. The poolside bar was the perfect hangout, and the staff made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend the lobster sliders at Pelican Bay, and definitely take advantage of the happy hour!
One minor issue was the noise from nearby entertainment, especially at night. It could be a bit disruptive while trying to relax after a long day of activities.

The spacious garden view studio offered a relaxing retreat, complemented by the beautifully manicured grounds and clean beach with plenty of loungers. Unfortunately, the abrupt demeanor of the reception and restaurant staff diminished the overall experience. Water temperature in the evenings was inconsistent, adding to the discomfort. While the nibbles at the restaurant were a treat, the lack of cordiality from the staff forced us to seek meals elsewhere.

Waking up to the ocean breeze and enjoying the beautiful garden while sipping coffee was a highlight of my stay. With relaxing sun loungers and the outdoor pool to lounge by, it felt like paradise. The only hiccup was the stairs since there aren't any elevators, but it kept me fit! 😊
